Notes about Personalized Glasses

• Personalized copy will appear EXACTLY as you fill out during check out. We do not automatically add punctuation, capitalization, and assume spelling is correct.
• Glass Personalization has a 14 character limit.
  

• Personalized items are made to order. As a general rule, the glasses take approximately 3 -4 weeks in production from the time you submit your order to the time your order ships.
  

• Need a personalized item right away as a gift? We CANNOT speed up the production, but do suggest that you print out the image from the website and include it with your card.
